Sales & Marketing Producer

01 OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a talented Freelance Sales & Marketing Producer to support our executive producer in developing and executing our company's sales and marketing strategies. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the executive producer and the production crew to create client estimates, pitch efforts, and design treatments. You will also have the opportunity to engage in sales calls, meet with clients, and attend sales presentations and events. As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining our studio's CRM, creating custom reels for our clients, curating our studio's social media presence, and managing newsletter creation and distribution. Initially, this position is freelance with the potential to transition into a staff position, reporting directly to the Executive Producer.

A genuine passion for animation, VFX, and design
Solid understanding of the 3D & 2D animation and VFX pipeline and process
Proficiency in Excel (being an Excel ninja is a plus, but not required)
Experience in client communication
Exposure to the advertising market
Strong sales skills, including customer service, meeting sales goals, closing deals, prospecting, negotiation, self-confidence, presentation skills, client relationships, and motivation for sales
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients
Ability to communicate project status, needs, and goals clearly and efficiently
Sound knowledge and experience in budgeting, scheduling, and actualizing
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Demonstrated ability to diffuse and resolve conflicts in high-pressure scenarios with a positive and friendly demeanor
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
A strong team player

Minimum of 3 years of CG producing experience in animation, VFX, commercials, or film
Experience in bidding for animation and visual effects projects
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Skilled in generating creative solutions
Fearless in making phone calls and reaching out to people
On-set experience preferred
